Genuine, professional and caring.

I've just bought a van from CVS and was most impressed - in particular that they seemed genuine in wanting to provide a good service to me.I'd spoken to OTHER dealerships who just seemed to want to sell another vehicle as quickly as possible, and barely had the time to answer my questions on the phone.Sam and Richard at CVS are very genuine, and want to help. They even took the van to a weighbridge to reassure me about the weight, as I'm converting it to a camper.They do the servicing of the vehicles on site so have an interest in selling vehicles that are in good condition, and not going to come back on them with problems.That said, they've offered to provide any advice over the phone if I have any issues as I work on the van. I would definitely go back to them if I lived closer.

Very great service from Sam & his colleagues there, very welcoming, talked us through everything, carried out repairs before we arrived, answered all the questions we asked and so far our Minibus appears to be in the best condition since we bought it. We are just hoping for the best, and hope everything stays the same.
